Thermal Personalization on PVC (with BarCoding, Images, and Text)

CPS’ thermal personalization uses 240 DPI and 300 DPI resolution for crisp, high read-rate bar codes and definition graphics, logos, text and numbers on PVC laminated cards.

Thermal personalization is available in various colors, and can be placed on your 24 or 30 mil PVC card front, back or front & back (same color both sides.) Standard colors include black, blue, red, maroon, green, dark blue, white, silver, gold, metallic silver, and metallic gold.

Thermal printing on the front or back can also be added to cards with embossing, as long as there is mag stripe encoding.

Clear cards with a mag stripe can be thermal printed in any color on one side.

Special boxing and labeling required – No problem! Just ask our sales and service people what your special packaging requirements are, and we’ll be glad to help!

All of the cards at CPS are produced from files located on the network. Therefore, we reduce the chance for missing or duplicate cards. In fact, we can “lock out” numbers that have been run, so operators are prevented from rerunning a card with a duplicate a number.
