Tom Knaus – President, Card Personalization Solutions, Co. – Tom joined CPS in February 2001 to energize the sales and marketing process and expand into new products and locations. Since then, the business has almost doubled in Allentown and is aggressively expanding into the Chicago market. Under Tom’s guidance CPS is adding inkjet and various forms of card fulfillment to its capabilities. Previous to joining CPS, Tom was the Executive VP of Marketing for the print and personalization products for a major secure card company. Tom also has built several card personalization companies and plants in the past, and been called in to upgrade others. He is especially proud of bringing up the first ISO certified secure card mailing facility in the US. We are pleased to have Tom and his 15+ years of card experience leading us forward!

Jim Cooney – Vice President and General Manager, Addison, IL – Jim has been a leading player in the prepaid card industry for over seven years. He has a long history of managing the personalization of hundreds of millions of cards, and having run the largest prepaid card plant in the US. Jim brought up the greenfield site in Addison, IL for CPS in August of 2003, and has been instrumental in adding many of our newest products and quality developments over the last 6 months. Most recently, Jim led the development of a state-of-the-art Pick, Pack and Ship system for our retail customers.

Michele Upton – Regional Sales Manager: Southeast US and Caribbean, Allentown, PA. – Michele joined CPS in February, 2007 with over 10 years in plastic card printing, personalization and fulfillment. She started in the plastics business while attending Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. Michele has experience with many large phone companies and advertising agencies throughout the country. Michele recently relocated to the Upstate area of South Carolina with her husband and son and will be working out of her home office.

Mary Wade – Regional Account Manager, Allentown, PA. – Mary joined CPS in January 2007 with 12 years experience in secure plastic card production and fulfillment. Mary managed the Client Services department for a major secure company and was responsible for overseeing many implementations and special projects for large companies across the country. Mary's experience includes financial, private label, EBT, phone and healthcare. Mary will be covering most of the central and western portions of the US from her home office in Illinois.

Ethan Stehman – Production Manager, Allentown, PA – Ethan joined CPS in 2004 with a strong background in the manufacturing area, and many years of experience working with card and smart card personalization equipment. Ethan built our 2nd and 3rd shift fulfillment operations while overseeing major growth in the card personalization area, and a twofold expansion of our production space. He has brought the Allentown plant to a new level and will be leading our operations as we continue to grow and innovate in the future.

Mohamed Shafi – Production Manager, Addison, IL – Mohamed has almost 20 years of card personalization experience. He has run one of the largest bureaus in the US, and is now helping CPS expand its operations in Addison, IL. Mohamed has overseen the development of new products in the operations area, as well as the tripling of our production space in Illinois.

Kathy Swiger – Customer Service Representative, Addison, IL – Kathy joined us in September of 2003. She has many years of experience managing complex and technical customer service requirements in the warranty business. Her organization and commitment to excellence are the hallmarks of customer contact with our Addison plant!
