Thermal personalization >
Our high volume systems are capable of producing both 240 and 300 DPI printing with the ability to provide 2-sided printing as needed. CPS can thermal print over 300,000 cards per day.

Embossing >
CPS is the 2nd largest embosser in the US and perhaps the largest when it comes to combining embossing with encoding. Our focus is on low and high volume production for prepaid, solicitation, membership, loyalty, and other markets.

1.) Addison plant doubles thermal printing volumes!
Our Addison, IL, plant has doubled its thermal capacity. Due to increasing demand for high quality thermal printing, CPS has doubled the amount of print capacity available in the Addison site to 2 million cards per week. There is a marginal price difference between thermal printing and inkjet printing, and this combined with the greater controls on the reliable thermal printing mean CPS is poised for even faster growth this fall! 2.) CPS brings up the newest Pick, Pack, and Ship program for B2B and B2S fulfillment
We have brought up a new version of our already outstanding fulfillment software to help retailers with fulfilling card orders from pre-personalized card inventories. We are able to handle card orders to businesses, in-chain retail stores, 3rd party stores, or even consumers. Our system includes confirmation and verification files for every step of the processing cycle, all the way from electronic order placement to sending the cards out the door. Each card can be electronically verified and activation files can be sent to you or your processor to insure they have the proper accountability. Want to learn more? 5.) Camera and mag stripe matching!
a. CPS has added the ability to match one or two cards using either cameras or mag stripe matching solutions.
